Adult content

Feral Fever productions contain burlesque, adult themes, and performance content intended for audiences 18 and over. By clicking through the age gate you confirm you are 18 or older.

Tickets and attendance

Tickets purchased through this site (or a third-party ticketing partner linked from this site) are subject to the ticketing partner's terms at the time of purchase. Seating, age, and venue rules are set by the venue and the production; individual show pages list these where applicable.

Feral Fever reserves the right to refuse or revoke admission for behavior that endangers or harasses performers, staff, or other audience members.

Bookings

Submitting a booking inquiry through this site does not create a contract. A booking is confirmed only when both parties have signed a written agreement. Deposits and cancellation terms are spelled out in that agreement and in the Refunds page.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for the credentials you use. Don't share them. If you think someone else is using your account, let us know via the contact form.

User content

If you submit content to us (through a form, a booking inquiry, or any other channel), you confirm you have the right to share it. Don't submit anything that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful.

Intellectual property

Show posters, photography, video, and written material on this site are the property of Feral Fever Theater Collective or the individual creators credited on them. Photographers retain copyright in their images unless explicitly transferred in writing. Don't repost without credit. If you want to use something, ask.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We keep it running, but we don't warrant uninterrupted access. If something's broken, the contact form is the fastest way to tell us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
