This page describes what information Feral Fever collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it. Plain English — no dark patterns, no unnecessary tracking.
What we collect
Form submissions
When you fill out the contact form or the booking inquiry form, we store what you wrote (name, email, message, event details if any) in our own database so we can reply. We do not share this data with third parties.
Account information
If you create an account, we store your email address, a display name you choose, and a salted hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
Mailing list
If you sign up for our mailing list, your email address is sent to our mailing-list provider () for delivery. Unsubscribe links are in every email we send. If you unsubscribe, we don't email you again.
Analytics
We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site today. If that ever changes, we'll update this page before the change takes effect.
Cookies
We set a small number of cookies:
- Age gate — one cookie,
ff_age_ok, so we don't re-prompt you on every page. - Session — if you're signed in, a session token so the site recognizes you across pages.
We don't set advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Form submissions: we keep them while they're useful for replying or following up. Booking inquiries and contact messages are purged or anonymized after they're clearly resolved.
Account data: for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to disable your account, we keep only what's needed to prevent re-registration abuse.
Deletion requests
Email and ask us to delete your data. We'll confirm the request and get it done. You don't need an account to submit a deletion request.
