What we refund, and when. Categories covered: show tickets, merchandise, and booking deposits for private events.

Show tickets

Tickets purchased through a third-party ticketing partner (linked from the individual show page) are governed by that partner's refund policy at the time of purchase. We honor cancellations by the venue or the production, and we'll coordinate the refund through the original purchase channel.

If a show is cancelled outright, you get a full refund without having to ask. If a show is rescheduled, your existing ticket is honored for the new date, or you can request a refund within .

Tickets are not refundable for ordinary change-of-mind after purchase. They are transferable — give them to a friend.

Merchandise

Defective or incorrect merchandise: contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns on apparel: accepted unworn, with tags, within . Limited-run drops are final sale unless defective — the makers run short batches and we can't restock.

Booking deposits

Deposits for private-event bookings are specified in the booking agreement signed by both parties. In general:
